Looks like a tall lanky guy approaching middle age; dark skin; light hair; comfortably handsome but not remarkably so. Dresses fairly plainly (pants, shirt, light jacket with a couple of glowing lapel pins.)
His eyes are completely, unnaturally black, seem to absorb all light, and have no shine at all. Often wears shades or tinted glasses to hide or downplay them. Other physical changes (once visions start triggering them at memory five) will be dramatic but generally can be packed back into the human shell after a while.
The character will feel like a completely ordinary human on entry, but after memory five, that will drop abruptly off a cliff and they will register as wildly eldritch, demonic, monstrous, cursed, mythological, Other, etc. etc. etc. If you can pick up on bad shit in your canon they will ping as that or akin to that, basically.
